Membership Terms
Elite Vita offers an Annual Vitality Membership, which includes exclusive treatments, consultations, and app access. Membership benefits are clearly outlined at the time of subscription and are non-transferable. Members must adhere to Elite Vita’s health protocols to continue receiving benefits.
Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Vita, including its directors, employees, and partners, will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to any loss of profit, health deterioration, or other health complications that may arise from using the treatments or services provided by Elite Vita.
